Recognizing Heroes in Our Communities

At Insperity our mission is to help businesses succeed so communities prosper. That has been a cornerstone of the way that we do business since our inception in 1986. We are proud today to see how companies are embracing corporate citizenship as an important component of doing business.

Why is this commitment to our communities our mission? Through its outsourced HR services, Insperity helps small and mid-size companies improve the likelihood and degree of their success. We provide an infrastructure so the business owner can focus on their company and profit opportunities. We help them attract and retain key people and create an environment where they can focus on increasing employee engagement and discretionary effort. These small and midsize companies are the backbone of this country. Supporting their communities is the logical extension of our business and our internal culture.

Toward that end, I am proud that Insperity has created our Community Heroes program. To support our mission of helping communities grow, we recognize for-profit and non-profit clients who rise above the rest. These are companies that touch and enrich the places where their people work and live through entrepreneurship, innovation, job creation, community impact and collaboration.

To help support these heroes for their dedication to their communities, Insperity donates to a designated charity of the for-profit companies’ and awards an equal grant to the non-profit company to support their work. This honor shines a light on Insperity clients as heroes and raises awareness of Insperity’s commitment to help them be successful.

I am proud to be able to recognize all the 2019 winners of the Insperity Community Heroes awards:

  • Safe Systems – Alpharetta, GA
  • Childkind – Atlanta, GA
  • Corepoint Health – Frisco, Texas
  • Vericool – Livermore, California
  • CocoKids – Concord, California
  • Hope Supply Co. – Dallas, Texas

Congratulations to all the deserving winners and thank you for the difference you make each and every day. We look forward to another year of discovering more community heroes in our midst.
